I know the search feature sucks now, but it still works for basic stuff. Maybe I'm the only one that has the feature and knows how to work it. I don't know, but people really should use it more.
 
Thinking of a specific part of the song As It Was by Harry Styles. That part that sounds like a spring or bouncy ball. Yeah. I wish I could find a clip. I went looking but nah. 🥳

And yeah, I sometimes look for specific parts of songs and listen/re-listen to just that part sometimes, too.
 
My ex-partner wrote me a message today, saying he's sorry for being upset with the fact that I focus more on studies and less on him, he said he'd wait until my son becomes an adult and until after I get my PhD. He said he'd wait for me no matter how long. But I don't want him to. I told him several times, he should move on. I will stop replying to his texts. I almost feel like I should hurt his feelings right now, so that he'd hate me, so that he'd move on. I don't need that kind of love. He's wasting it on me.

I wouldn't purposely hurt him just to have him move on. Just be honest and assertive about it, and he'll eventually get the point. If not, be aggressive, he'll surely get the point then. But, doing the opposite will end up having an effect on you, and you'll feel worse and guilty about it down the line, which might prompt you to reach out. Trust, I know from experience, not so much as far as purposely hurting someone, but doing everything else in a fit of anger, etc. Just take care of the issue now, and it won't be an issue later.
