I'm pretty much like most of you. I cope with my loneliness by keeping myself occupied, such as doing exercise early in the morning, then going to work, and then watching movies/series, reading, surfing the net... Yet it's still hard. Over the years it's gotten less painful, but I don't think I'll ever get used to it. My social life mostly comes from work, which as others have said, doesn't really count.
I tend to spend a lot of time alone, because I can't spend too much time with my family either. It's completely dysfunctional and unbearable after spending a couple of hours with them. I do have some friends, but they're far away from here. And I'm completely unsuccessful with women. I just continue life I guess. Maybe some day things will get better.
