These people who make these absolutely amaze me. They are true artists. Post some that you can find. You'd be surprised just how diverse your choices are.

I've happily busted some of these "artists" for defacing property that doesn't belong to them. Sorry to derail your thread L.K. but when I see these c**ksuckers defacing historical locations or property that doesn't belong to them, they're not artists, they're vandals. I find it quite interesting how pissed off and "threatening" they become when I take pictures of them and their nearby vehicles license plate while they're being "creative". They get really bent when I let them know that the pictures are enroute via email to the local police department. I'm not a graffiti fan at all, I've had property vandalized by these losers and refuse to admire what amounts to disrespect for others property. There might be some talent there but when that talent is forced upon me it's not art, it's ignorance.

Someone has written "Top Cat" near me, which weirdly always makes me smile when I see it. I do have a pic but can't post it right now.

Best one I ever saw was "I need constant validation" scrawled on the floor in chalk.

Not really art I know but maybe I'm more of an "urban poetry" fan!

I don't mind the graffiti as long as it is done well and is permitted. I have to agree with Wilderness on defacing property, especially when they just scribble rude messages. There are people out there who hire graffiti artists to do murals.

Yeah. We used to have a local paint store that hired graffiti artists to paint a mural on the side of their building.
