Not sure what I want to do with it.
I used to host a home server. All my stuff was on it. Think of it as a storage locker for the web. I could securely store any information and get to it anytime.
I don't have that confidence with an online host. Mine has 4000 employees. Do you really think none of them snoop?
But, I can do anything I want.
I've had my own forums before. I might do that...except no one is interested in my interests.
I like my smiles. I can put them there and use them anywhere.
Pictures. If they are on the site they can be posted anywhere without limits.
I could start a blog. Been there. Not a lot of viewers.
I've thought about online games. No not a WarCraft clone. I used to have an Intellivision when they were new. I liked those games. I am capable of replicating them... but I'm not yet proficient in the web languages. I'm working on it.
I've designed games. I wrote a few to about 90% complete. But they don't make Commodore64 anymore. I'd have to program from scratch, but the games are still in my head.
I write a lot. I could post my stories. All I have to do is finish some.
I'm sure there are open source social media platforms. Like we need another one of those.
Chat room? I wrote a simple one once. I still have the code but I'd have to make it less simple.
I've always wanted to write a chat bot. But if I wrote it and used it wouldn't I just be talking to myself?
I had an idea for a wishing site. I wish I knew how to make that work.
I could video stream my shop. Not that anything is happening there.
Kitty pictures. Ha. Lots of those around.
I can actually do all of the above. It's the Internet. Anything that can be coded can be served.
****!! Na. I don't care what others think of me but I'd like to retain a little self respect.
I don't know. What would you do with your own website?
