I have this problem which I'm willing to take advice on maybe someone can help me with, I think it's pure physiological, every time I take a shower and get out I need a poo, this defeats the object of the show, I have tried going before, just can't, It just only happens when I get out of the shower, unless I have had a curry, there is only so many curries you can have, I have even got out of the shower for a poo got back in the shower to clean myself got out again and need another poo, I was on a perpetual roundabout for an hour.
Any suggestions?

Although, I've had to get out of the shower to do the same, the other isn't an issue for me. I hope you get that under control mister. You can always borrow my lug-a-loo! I'll just have to throw it across the pond! 😂🚽🧻💩😂

That's because of the warmth and the muscle relaxation (I think). Have you tried drinking a supplement that is supposed to help? Do you drink coffee or tea in the morning? Do you elevate your feet on a little stool when you're sat on the toilet, so the knees are above hip level? (You always find this recommended and it actually works wonders!)
