Is hanging up on someone a personality disorder?

I'm not talking about it when it's done deliberately rudely but rather when you are wrapping up a conversation and say goodbye and the other person just hangs up without saying bye. I just find that to be a bit rude. It's up there with dropping change(coins)in your hand instead of placing them in your hand.

Yep. Politeness/courteousy is something that is lacking among many nowadays.

But they would only hang up on you if you called to complain about your neighbors or that the pizza delivery guy didn't show up on time.

Or they would come right over if you told them you lost your bag of weed and need a drug dog to help find it !!

Yeah it's sad how people won't even be polite enough to say goodbye. It makes me wonder what's going through their head and why they did it. I can't wrap my head around what people do sometimes.
