Or is this all in my head. Here is an example.
Lets say someone i walking with thier girlfriend. And they see someone they know and decide to say hello. Later that night a thought goes through his head that says you will break up becuase you saw this person. Of course you shake off the thought as being illogical. But a week later that comes to be where you break up. What would you call something like that??

Meaning after he saw the person he knew while he was with his girlfriend. He thought since he saw that guy they will break up.

Well I would like to think so. I would hate to think that a person I saw has the power to influence a relationship. Or that my mind has the power to predict and have some sort of
Self- fullfiled prophecy on a thought alone

I think you mean jealousy from others? We have this saying/expression in arabic that roughly translates to Evil eyeso I get what you mean.
Does it exist? **** yes.
Can it make you break up? Maybe but I doubt it
