Hey everyone,

I have been gone from this site for years now. Thought I'd come back and see how things are here now. Maybe have a conversation or two.

Things have been ok for me I guess. I still struggle with my mental health and my bipolarism but I managed to graduate and get a job.

Anyways, glad to be back.

Hey, you're from Jersey!. Do people there really say "HEY, IM WALKIN HERE!" or is that new yorkers I am thinking of?

Also what do you think of the jersey shore?

Maybe people do say that in NJ, but I haven't heard it. Or maybe that's a North Jersey thing; people usually aren't so abrasive in this area.

I do love some of the beach towns here. I'll go every so often to check out the restaurants and shops. I just find myself relaxed when I'm there.

That's good to hear.

Sorry, my bad I wasn't specific enough. I was referring to the show "The Jersey Shore" and how it portrays Jersey or new Jersey people and life there.

The people on there are dumb, but I didn't think the show was that much of an exaggeration. It was just cool to see local landmarks and restaurants featured on a popular TV series. A former neighbor of mine even appeared in an episode; she got into a fight with some of the castmates.

that's great. well done.
Thanks man. For the longest time I was 100 percent sure I was going to fail. As I was doing my defense, I became even more sure I was failing. Then the examiner told me I passed with minor corrections. On the outside I was like "Thank you so much" but on the inside I was like "am I being pranked?". Took me a while to accept it but yeah it a total load off.

Welcome back @Sunless Sky - I hope you find everything you're looking for on your return!
Congratulations on graduation and the job :) The adventure of life lies before you! Make it your own.

Thomas.
