Hi everyone,

I am 36 years old and live in the UK.

I feel very sad and scared about life and the future and DO feel very isolated at times.

I feel stuck in a town that I really dislike (a town that holds so many bad memories) and in an environment that is just crushing (I hate to sound like such a Drama Queen but that is really how it feels at times).

I have a lot of issues with my confidence and my appearance (my 'everything', really!) and it can be difficult.

I would love to get to know people on this forum, and all the best wishes to all of the moderators and posters here. :)
