I agree. There are some things that are almost guaranteed to start trouble when said to the wrong person.
I think it's downright foolish to start those kinds of conversations.
Makes one a trouble maker.
For example, telling a coal miner who has never done anything else his whole life that he should find another job because "coal is bad".
Not something you'd want to say to a guy in a bar in Kentucky or something.
Or telling a vegan that not allowing their kids to eat meat is bad for their physical development.
Not something you want to say at "Burning Man" or something.
Totally agree. This is called "freedom of speech" and I am all for it, unless it is to purposely provoke someone, like I stated above.
TBH, I don't think anything said in this thread or the "brother's ugly GF" thread has crossed the line.
In fact, most people & threads here do not cross the line.
And I don't think I do either...but some may disagree...
