This is just a Nikon D5100 with an 18-250mm Sigma Zoom. I'm planning on purchasing a 300mm prime lens sometime this summer. It was on a tripod, F14 @ 1/40sec ISO 320. You can't really use auto exposure on the moon very accurately because it will get blown out due to the brightness. Spot metering isn't accurate at this either. You just have to use trial and error.
