I have this problem too. When I was younger (like 12) it used to happen all the time. Id just be talking to people and id turn super red and I am also super pale normally. Then people like got off on making me blush, like theyd think i was embarrassed at talking to girls, but id get embarrassed and red and **** because people were focusing on me hoping I would because they thought it was funny haha.(Er sorry for the run-on sentence, but I am too tired to rewrite it ha) It sucked. It doesn't happen as often to me, but still does and I hate it. For example when I am in a class sometimes just being called on, having everyone looking and focusing on me while I talk makes it happen.
