Do you ever wake up from a drinking session the night before and ask yourself these two questions:

Did i really say that?

Did i really do that?

Normally just an ominous sense of guilt and self loathing that lasts the whole day while I try and piece the previous nights events together. 'what did I do, what did I do...... *checks texts on phone* oh **** now I remember.'

twice in my life ive woke up with black outs from the night before..
once was really bad. i recall walking down the street with my friends.. then blackness. next memory was laying on the floor in my room with broken glass around me listening to my dad walkiing towards me.
then next time was waking up and not sure where i was for a minute .. then walking outside and my car wasnt there lol
took me a few moments to figure out where i left it!

Who hasn't? When I used to drink, I drank to get drunk in the past (years ago) I used to wake up saying that often. -.-
:D I can laugh about it now, but at the time it wasn't so funny.

I drink very infrequently, maybe some Champagne on New Years and some tasty mixed drinks at Christmas (that reminds me, I need to go shopping lol).

I've been known to yell out to no one in particular during a hard day at work "I'm going to take up drinking!"
I never do, though - raising a young child requires full use of all one's senses.
