I think you're on the right track. Just don't expect that BCT will make you an instant man or put you above the civilians, as some tend to think once they've gone through. But it will teach you about yourself and make you stronger physically and mentally.

Honestly man, the conviction in your post is inspiring to say the least. However I'd like you to take a step back. I'm in the same situation as you, 20 year old virgin.

You should be happy with the fact that you can still get passionate over this issue. Mine turned into a depression and sense of hopelessness. Now I can't even get excited at the prospect of a girl who may be interested. I brush it off as not possible, too much responsibility, or any other excuse I can give that just gets me away from that situation.

I'm happy you're doing something about it, but for others sake don't take that ambition for granted.
