You know what the best form of exercise is???? Dance.

Just look at all the dancers' bodies. Not overweight. Not too skinny. Not bulky like the hulk. Juuust right.

I am going through another study related block because i cant find the study materials i am looking for
And my course is reaching its end soon . i really meed to clear a few Vat tax related questions that is going on in my head .
So i am spending all the available time for that since the last few days .
I will get this sorted soon .
After that i will join you soon .

The bad side is it feels like starting from the beginning once again .

But i am sure i can do 75 pushups when i return

I did 47+3 push ups yesterday because I was so angry at being stuck at home😂😂😂😂

Seriously, it's cool and nice for you health. Did you feel better and calm after it? It's a good idea to make push ups when smth enrage you. I think I'll try it.
 
It's almost 2 weeks I haven't done anything. So bad, I need to pull myself together.
