I had to do battle with three of them today. F! I'm in a race to sell my house and leave this Fing area before I shoot them, blow up their homes with them in it, or both.

Oh you need to leave soon! The housing market is still pretty decent so now is still a good time to go. It really is miserable when you have to live so close to people you don't like at all.

They want me to leave too. So, IMO, they are purposely causing me grief. That makes them bullies. In my book that means I can do whatever I want to them because they have no value in this world.

Have you thought about just staying just to irritate them? But yes, it is hard to live around a bully. I do understand.

Well, the thought has crossed my mind because I can make their lives a living hell. I'm sure sueing me has been on their minds for my retaliations. It can get really ugly I'm sure. However, I need to do what's best for me. It might not be the most fair. But, I need to focus on me and my well being. Besides I really don't like the local government around here either. But, it's a perfect location to get supplies and a hospital is only a couple miles away. Plus I'll be taking a risk by selling my house because I may not be able to afford another one with the government purposely trying to devalue money. My intention is to be on the road for the next decade or two. But.............. sometimes you just have to say F it and get away.

You are so right. You need to do what is the best thing for you and you don't want to do anything where you'll be spending your senior years in the slammer. No matter how irritating they are, they just aren't worth it.

Unless something drastic happens, I see the price of housing going down and the bidding wars will stop so it really is a good time to sell now yet. You will more than likely have no competition and no bidding wars and be able to get something in a different area for much less within the near future. I follow the markets and houses are starting to sit now and sellers are dropping their prices. They are still way out of line, but at least they are heading in the right direction.

How do you know they are trying to get you to move? Do they do other things besides letting their dogs bark?

When I was yelling at one of them they said they were going to kill me. Then they said just let them buy me out. I said fine how much. Of course it was a lot less then market value. I know they weren't serious. But, their intentions of wanting me gone is quite clear. I'm the only neighbor with enough balls to put them in their place. With me gone they can get back to being complete ******** to the rest of the neighborhood.

When a car I dont recognize as belonging to someone I do know well enough to come all the way to the back part. Unknown person drives bypasses the porch that literally wraps the front of the house and has 3 visible doors going past the hedgewall that blocks visibility for privacy then continues to the backside of my house and sits in the car waiting for me to come to them because my 2 big dogs look intimidating. But....it makes me whirling dervish crazy when someone comes to the front doors cause I'm always at the back of the house. Not welcome is how I feel.

I do mine immediately after use.
I own only a few, to keep it simple.
On the times that I forget I wake up in the morning to start breakfast and realize that I'm the ******* who got in the way of me eating breakfast with dinner. And if I've only been awake for like 10 minutes I'm like: "Damn me right now..."
But that's how I keep on top of my ****.

I hate bullies too, and these people sound highly unpleasant to me too, to say the least.
But I hope no matter what you do, you stay safe. You're a good guy and I'd hate to see you get hurt or wind up in jail.

Anyway, you were saying they bother the other neighbors too? I know you've mentioned in the past the cops haven't been helpful, but maybe you and the other neighbors can make some kind of, I guess, group complaint/petition to your city hall to do something? Or at least put your heads together in some way.

I feel like it's better to tackle something with allies, than to go it alone.

Oh me too. Ive been working outside and in the barn a good bit. Splinters, cuts, cold wind, and what might be a spider bite have all left my skin in a terrible state. Paraffin does wonders and its so satisfying peeling it off.

You're right. You definitely need new neighbors and often that means a new location. There must be a thread around here about awful neighbors because I'm sure we all have one of them for sure. I think I have two.

Well, nearly all the neighbors are scared of me now. If they see me coming they go back inside or just get out of my way. Most people do NOT want trouble and are too scared to lift a finger. I don't know how you feel about the country, but a house on a few acres without a HOA might afford you some peace. Most country people mind their own business and make good neighbors. I can't stand living in the city because of scumbags. Crime is on the rise. Can you believe the FBI is warning about food being stolen? Who steals food shipments? Every since the pandemic people have lost their minds. It's like a free for all. The time of caring about each other and watching out for one another is all but gone.
