I think I will limit my outdoor time today. Fortunately I don't need to shovel today.

I feel that way about here sometimes too.
It rains all day sometimes here, which is annoying because you're stuck inside all day.
And sometimes it does that for days and days on end.
It's raining right now, after being unseasonably warm yesterday.
I think it's going to rain for most of the day again.

33F the rain I've had all day today seems to have turned to snow.
We’re in a heatwave. I don’t do much in this weather and I have plenty to do. I leave my walks until late in the night. Afternoon naps happen whether I want one or not.

I’ve edited my post. You’re right of course. Just me projecting on what people might think. Or what the kangaroos I come across might think lol. I spooked one that was drinking from my front bird bath.

Maybe then, police officer? I recall getting off work at 2 AM. Got home and walked across the street to check my mail.
A police officer stopped me. Said it was suspicious behavior. I don't think I bothered to tell him that a lot of people
check the mail when they get home from work. No big deal.
To translate, here, it is deer hanging out at the bird bath.
