Just curious.

I have both, always had a corded mouse up until almost a year ago. When I started to play an MMO I decided to buy a cordless mouse. I love the cordless mouse, I never realized how annoying the cord was. Now I want to rip the cord off my mouse at work sometimes. Only problem with the cordless mouse is the battery, if you don't turn off the dang mouse it won't last you X amount of months. I have a bad habit of not turning it off, I've replaced it 4 times. It's supposed to last 5 months on one battery. :/

Does anyone still use the old track ball mouse?

None- the old cat is a predator and all things that creep, crawl, slither, or scurry avoid her like the plague if they choose to live.

Oh ya- touch screens beat a mouse any day :D

I still use a corded mouse but I don't think anyone still use the old track ball mouse ,don't think they make them anymore o_O :D

Oh cool, I'd love to have touch screen that would be awesome. How does that work though? Are your fingers like the mouse, for scrolling and posting on sites like this? Never played around with one before.

LOL I updated the poll adding a neither option for those with more advanced technology. :p

But is it cordless or corded?

There are some really funky mouse's out there. I've seen some that just look uncomfortable to use. My brother was playing with one that had the scroll wheel on the side of it.

Here's a funky looking one.

None. But it was difficult going from a corded mouse to nothing, I'll say that. You get used to it though lol.

Do you just use the keyboard or do you have one of those funky touch screens like BC?

Just when you think you've seen it all. A grenade mouse. LOL
Of course, I have a pink PS3 controller so I'm into cool stuff like this.

corded Logitech mouse
I refuse to buy a wireless mouse/keyboard as I have no desire to use batteries.

I did until about a week ago. I changed because i got tired of cleaning the grit out of it. Also went cordless. While the cord could get in the way at times at least it did prevent me from accidentally knocking the mouse across the room. Kind of like being on a leash.

So is basically having to charge batteries and remembering to turn the thing off vs more comfort...

I'm sticking with the cord.

I'm also not using mousepad. But I want to get one similar to this:

:D

Mines the built in kind for a laptop. It can be used with a mouse but didn't have one of my own for it at the time so I got used to this.

I've been using a Logitech G5 Lasermouse for the past five years or so. It has a cord. I think there was a cordless version as well (the G7).

The strangest thing is that there's a little tray in the bottom that you can customize with different weights. I've never been able to tell if it makes much of a difference, regardless of how many I put in or take out.
