A new 4 legged friend in my life

A new 4 legged friend in my life, a 2 year black lab named Mika and she is always by my side. Adopted her 2 weeks ago as a rescue, her original owner did not treat her right. It was time, I had one before 2 years ago that I had to make the painful decision to put down at 12 years old having arthritis bad. She is my pal and my wife sees it which Mika's bed is beside my side of the bed on the floor. Plus Mika comes with me to work where she is spoiled rotten, knows a co worker of mine that gives her a dog treat. Knows a couple customers too that give her a home made dog treat. My mom sees me much happier with her in my life. At home, has her spot beside my recliner and outside with me working in the garage as my 4 legged supervisor

That's awesome. I love hearing great stories those helping animals and children. In your case, an animal. One of my biggest pet peeves is animal and child abuse, and I absolutely will not stand for it. All my empathy goes out the window for anyone who dare raise a hand to either...I'm glad you're happy with her! She knows it too! You took her from a broken home & life to a wonderful, loving, and new one!

She has sensed I went through it too which I was in a bad home with bio mom being an alcoholic and sexually abused me as a kid which I was adopted too into a loving home. She is well loved, my kids even love her too. My boss says she is a great shop dog already. This co worker of mine that gives her a dog treat,she loves dog and her dog Bailey is friends with Mika. Bailey is a yellow lab
