I was stopped at a red light when I saw a seagull with a broken wing just hanging. And when he turned around, there was a lot of blood. The light changed so I had to keep going, but I pulled over as soon as I could and called animal rescue. But when I drove back to the area, he was nowhere in sight

Omg, that breaks my heart. Anything sad to do with animals and children is a weakness for me. Yes on the seatbelt. I do it all the time and have been since I was a child, and need to stop. When's the last time you did something nice for yourself?
