Dude if it’s anything about the hairdryer disappearing then we’d need another screen shot to compare it to. You could argue that 80’s era hairdryers would not be compatible with 50’s electricity sockets but I’d imagine that to be a huge stretch.

I’d question where the backlight is coming from but its been years since I saw the movie.

The tv cameras couldn't do it but the movie was about what was happening back then, not what a camera back then would see.

My apologies. I just assumed that tons of people saw this movie. I'll give you a brief outline.

Marty McFly(Played by Michael J. Fox) uses a time machine made by a wacky scientist Doc. Brown.(Played by Christopher Lloyd). Marty travels back to 1955 where he bumps into his father(Played by Crispin Glover) during his teen years at a cafe.

His father is a complete wuss with very little luck when it comes to the ladies. In order to help his dad, he climbs into his dad's window at nighttime and places headphones on his sleeping father's head. The screenshot shows that very part.

What's odd here?

is in 1955 where most of the movie takes place. He time traveled from 1985 to 1955 in the movie.

You'd still need a wire to conect the devices...they didn't have wireless in '85
