i misplaced a page and had to ad lip a section on my part, but at least it looked like I wasn't completly dependant on my notes

1. If I raise the temp to 63, I get insane gas and electric bills. I need to invest in new insulation, but that would cost me about $15 - 20k I think. *cough* Maybe next year...
