Wal-Mart finally got in their gym stuff.
AFTER I've already gotten everything that I need and made clever adjustments for when they didn't have the dumb bells I wanted.
I don't wanna go plates, because storing plates is kind of a pain in the ass, and I don't have much space.
So when they didn't have the 20 lbs. dumb bells I was looking for, I came up with the wiseass idea to just buy an extra set of 5 lbs. ankle weights so that I can just strap an extra 10 lbs. on each of my 10 lbs. dumb bells and BAM! 20 lbs. dumb bells.

The distribution of weight is noticeable if you're looking for it, which allows for an easy adjustment before reps.
I picked up a manual back massager because my traps are killing me.
Work was rough for a couple days, it kinda ****** me up.
They were all out of beautiful women back massagers, I checked.
EDIT: ****, I just realized I saved $30 doing it that way, too.
