True! Also NoxApex - where the heck is he? He’s always around.
I was wondering that also. Hope he's OK.

And here I am thinking I should have more coffee! How much do you have per day?
I went from two pots at times, down to a little over a pot and a half, now trying to get down to just one pot.
I noticed that I wasn't having any tea (I usually switch to tea after 5), and I was barely touching my water that I try to drink every day.
Plus I was just starting to feel too wired.
Maybe shave your head, and grow a beard. Do you think you’re going into the meetups with a positive vibe? Or are you going in defeatist, or with some other negative emotion, because people sense that. When I was younger I could my social failures down the fact that the majority of people I was around were sociopathic, terrible human beings. Now, after a yet another meetup cringe where nobody seemed to like me, I have to see myself as the consistent factor here. Starting to think I might have some autistic traits.
For me, it's one pot in the morning and tea for the rest of the day. Every so often I'll make a second pot, but those occasions are rare. I don't know about you, but tea just makes me feel better. Less wired, of course (especially after switching to decaf tea).

Any more than one cup first thing in morning and I’m too wired.
Get a smaller coffee pot?For me it's like two and a half.
But, my coffee cup is mega...I think it was intended to be a soup bowl, but I've always used it for hot drinks.
So, yeah...I'm probably way over-caffeinated as it is
I've started to ask myself WHY am I getting triggered about certain things, then worked my way thru the process and was able to not get triggered by certain things anymore. I realised I had certain issues for stupid reasons and once I sorted out my reasoning I was okay. There are some news topics that I just can't interact with at all.
It causes me too much anger, and makes me lose my clarity and knock me back to a mental state I am trying to outgrow.
I need to avoid news topics that that trigger me, and just focus on figuring out how I can do well.
Ah, insurance. The necessary evil. I've had two positive interactions with insurance companies over claims recently though. And in the past I've had a couple of claims as well that went well. I probably haven't gotten back the amount I've paid in premiums though. Although, we have gotten a great deal back from our health insurance over the years, so I can't complain.Insurance companies are money grubbing monsters (no surprise), there is no reason my car insurance should have gone up 266 bucks in a year.
But but but...inflation? That and they can because you have to have it. (I assume it's mandatory in Canada too)Insurance companies are money grubbing monsters (no surprise), there is no reason my car insurance should have gone up 266 bucks in a year.
