This breakdown of basic conversations feels incredibly spot-on. I wish I could explain it this well. Initial conversations with people are always so close to this pattern. Shyness some times cause anxiety and may leads to restlessness.

Here are some tips to overcome from shyness:
Try to make good 'eye contact' cause it shows that you are interested in a person you are taking with.
Try different types of outfits, it may boost your mood.
Maintain good body posture and be aware of your body language always.
