But the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me was...
Back in 1989.
When I 23 and still picking up streetwalkers on 11th Ave here in NY.
My regular, a very pretty blonde haired, blue eyed girl from rural Illinois, after 1 year as weekly regulars, finally let me have sex with her without a condom.
If you didn't come of age in the 80's, you would not understand this.
EVERYONE was scared of AIDS.
And this was a big deal back then.
Anyway...it was BY FAR the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me.
I will never forget it.

Not offended by any means and being an 80’s kid, I totally get it. AIDS was definitely a huge deal. I guess your post just makes me sad that this is the nicest thing BY FAR that anyone has ever done for you. On the other hand, I’m glad you remember it with fondness.
